INTRODUCTORY PERIOD + CONSULTATION
When you inquire, we will send an introductory email with some information, based on the product you’re inquiring about. You will be given a questionnaire that helps us to understand more about your design and budget needs for your project. From there, we encourage you to set up a phone call with the designer to discuss your custom order and get to know each other.
Once we gather the information we need, we will generate up to 3 quotes based on your budget and design needs. This will show you different options and ways we can accommodate you based on this information.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION + DEPOSIT
Once you are satisfied with your quote, we will then officially book you into our design calendar! We will send you a customized contract and an invoice. Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your order. This secures your spot in our calendar, and covers the materials cost to get started.
MOOD BOARD INSPIRATION + MOCKUPS
Now the fun begins! For the larger projects, like elopement announcements and invitation suites, we create a mood board based on your vision. This will include different photos for inspiration, as well as colors based on your theme. We will either invite you to a private Pinterest board, or share a .pdf if you’re not a pinner. We will then create mockups and anxiously await your feedback. All custom orders come with 3 rounds of edits. Any additional edits will cost an extra fee per edit. Pricing varies according to product.
DESIGN + PRODUCTION
Once you approve your final mockups, the design and production process will officially begin! Throughout this process, we send frequent photo updates and stay in touch to ensure your approval every step of the way.
PACKAGING + MAILING
This is when we part ways with our masterpiece, and get ready to send them off to you! We carefully package everything with love, and mail them to you via USPS.
PLEASE NOTE: before we can mail your order, the remaining balance for your invoice will be due. We cannot mail your order until payment has been received in full.
The production process is different based on each product, and timing may vary based on the quantity and intricacy of the product.
SMALL ELOPEMENT ORDERS - typically take 2-3 weeks to complete.
SAVE THE DATES - typically take 3-4 weeks to complete, depending on the embellishment and finish.
LARGER ELOPEMENT AND WEDDING SUITE ORDERS - take 4-6 weeks depending on the embellishment and finish of the suites.
VOW BOOKS - typically take 1-2 weeks due to the nature of ordering a custom ribbon color.
THANK YOU CARDS AND PERSONAL STATIONERY - typically take 2-3 weeks to complete.
GUEST ADDRESSING - adds on about a week of production, due to fact-checking address lists and setting up the address file.
TABLE NUMBERS - typically take 2 weeks to complete. PLACE CARDS AND MENUS - typically take 3 weeks to complete. SIGNS AND SEATING CHARTS - typically take 3 weeks to complete.
POETRY PRINTS - typically take 1 week to complete.
Pricing is à la carte due to the nature of custom orders. We love thinking outside of the box for our custom orders. Pricing varies based on quantity, design elements and additional embellishments for each item. To give you a general idea, here are some typical investments our couples make
